Authors of 'Blur' speak Thursday night at Town Hall
Bill Kovach and Tom Rosenstiel, authors of "Blur: How to Know What's True in the Age of Information Overload," discuss their book Thursday, Dec. 16, at Town Hall Seattle.

Feeling overwhelmed by the input from your newspaper, computer, phone and iPad? Two veteran journalists would like to help. Bill Kovach and Tom Rosenstiel, authors of "Blur: How to Know What's True in the Age of Information Overload," (Bloomsbury) will appear at 7 p.m. Thursday at Town Hall, 1119 Eighth Ave., Seattle, to discuss their book and offer a guide to navigating the crowded field of modern media and ferreting out what's reliable.
Kovach is the former editor of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and chairman of the Committee for Concerned Journalists. Rosenstiel has been the media critic for the Los Angeles Times and founder of the Pew Project for Excellence in Modern Journalism. Moderated by former Seattle Times executive editor Mike Fancher.
