Book Buzz

There's only one good thing about committing a fumble in the pages of the newspaper — you quickly learn that people are still reading what you print. And fumble we did, when on Feb. 2 we ran a review of Taylor Branch's third volume of his Martin Luther King biography, "At Canaan's Edge: America in the King Years, 1965-68" (Simon & Schuster). Branch is coming to Seattle this month: We only listed one of his appearances. Here's the complete list:

• 7:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at Town Hall, 1119 Eighth Ave., Seattle. Tickets are $5-$10. Sponsored by Foolproof — for more information, call 206-325-3554 or go to www.foolproof.org.

• 7:30 a.m. (breakfast event) Feb. 22 at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, 411 University St., Seattle. Sponsored by Seattle's Urban Enterprise Center — admission is $50 per person. (206-389-7263; www.urbanenterprisecenter.com).

• 7 p.m. Feb. 22 at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 1634 19th Ave., Seattle. Co-sponsored by Mount Zion and the Elliott Bay Book Co. Free admission, no tickets necessary (206-624-6600; www.elliottbaybook.com).

Apologies for any inconvenience.
