Bellevue makes another list: Best Places to Live

Posted by Nicole Tsong

If there was a competition for which city lands on the most "Best of" lists, Bellevue might win that one too.

The Eastside's biggest city was listed at No. 4 nationwide for "Best Places to Live" by CNNMoney.com. Bellevue, which lost out on the top spot to Eden Prairie, Minn., Columbia/Ellicott City in Maryland and Newton, Mass., was lauded for its "forested cityscape" and its unemployment rate -- more than two points below Seattle, the website said. The city is cited for having more jobs than residents and for its diversity, though CNNMoney.com acknowledges "real estate isn't a bargain."

The website also notes Bellevue's well-regarded high schools and "embarrassment of" arts and entertainment options; the city even got an exclamation mark for 74 parks. What do you think? Is the website on the mark?
