Malicious mischief sinks boat at Newport Yacht Club

The Bellevue police log provided this bit of mischief from last week in the Newport Shores neighborhood.

  • Sometime from March 14-16, an unknown suspect damaged a boat docked at the Newport Yacht Club. The boat sank to the bottom of the lake bed. The total amount of loss was estimated at more than $150,000.
