Q: I heard NWsource shopping is going away. Is this true?
A: For the last ten years NWsource has provided shoppers with information about local trends, deals and inspiration through blogs, articles, contests, newsletters and more. We have decided it is time to reinvent our shopping offers, so we will discontinue shopping services under the NWsource name. We are investing resources to develop new online, mobile and print products to serve our readers. We will continue NWsource Classifieds as we develop new tools and content to serve you.
Q: What's happening?
A: We are discontinuing NWsource shopping, but we will continue to bring buyers and sellers together through our classifieds listings as we develop new resources for shoppers, available here: www.nwsource.com/classifieds.
Q: Will there still be a classifieds site?
A: Yes. Online classified listings are unaffected by this change. You can find them at: www.nwsource.com/classifieds. For assistance with print classified advertising, please contact printads@seattletimes.com.
Q: Where can I follow my favorite NWsource content?
A:You will be able to find a wide variety of local information, including shopping and fashion news in The Seattle Times Living section: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/living/.
We understand that change can be difficult. While we are changing our current format and offerings, The Seattle Times still strives to provide valuable and community-focused content.
As always, we value your feedback and recommendations. Please share your thoughts regarding our content via email at talktous@seattletimes.com.
Q: What other options do you have for me to list my venue?
A: You can still list your restaurant or other venue on seattletimes.com and in The Seattle Times newspaper by completing the form available at: http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/cgi-bin/SubmitVenue.pl. Submissions must be received at least 14 days prior to publication, either in print or online. Listings are free. Inclusion is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to edit items for content and space considerations. For additional assistance with venue listings, please contact eventsandvenues@seattletimes.com.
