Foreclosure hot spots
Neighborhoods in Southeast Tacoma, Spanaway, Puyallup and Orting have some of the highest foreclosure rates, while North Seattle and the Eastside have the lowest. The map shows the rate of foreclosures in 2008 by ZIP code.
NOTES: Foreclosures that completed in 2008 were included in the analysis. The foreclosure rate is calculated using owner-occupied housing units. ZIP codes with fewer than 300 units were excluded. The data for ZIP code 98057 are included in 98055.
