Doris Doak and The Pep Tones
Doris Doak has thousands of pieces of sheet music, some of it as old as she is. A retired retail clerk who once tickled the ivories at the old Rhodes Department Store downtown, Doak still loves the Boston Two Step, the polka, the Salty Dog Rag.
She plays piano in a 4-piece band called The Pep Tones every Thursday at the Bitter Lake Community Center.
