Test your Britney Spears knowledge with our quiz!
By Marian Liu
Seattle Times staff reporter
When it comes to Britney Spears, you salaciously follow her downs, yet when she has her ups, you can't help but root for her.
Spears could be the subject of her very own tabloid. Just 27, she's had a lifetime's worth of celebrity headlines — extreme partying, two marriages, two divorces, two children and some major breakdowns. And that doesn't even count her roller-coaster music career.
Since "... Baby One More Time" hit No. 1 in 1999, the Mouseketeer has grown up in the public eye, fast and furiously — no longer a girl anymore, but still acting like one.
The pop princess comes to the Tacoma Dome Thursday night with a full "Circus" act, touring behind her so-named 2008 album. Reviews of the live show — which started last month in Spears' home state of Louisiana — give the sense that the singer is not completely there, sometimes spurting out random remarks like, "Merry Christmas."
So whether the show is good or not, it's bound to be interesting.
With Spears on the way, it's an apt time to test your Spears knowledge. Here's our 8-question Britney quiz so you can do just that.
