Tips for submitting an event
The Seattle Times no longer prints comprehensive listings of books, theater and visual arts events; however, we do print selective listings every week in Weekend Plus, based on information submitted to us. The best way to submit that information is via email: firstname.lastname@example.org You may continue to submit information here for comprehensive seasonal lists, such as the Fall Arts Guide and the Holiday Events Guide.
• Do not use ALL CAPS in any part of this form, or your event may be ignored.
• For problems submitting an event, or to make changes to information that has already been submitted, e-mail us.
Printed contact information: This is contact information you want the public to see either in the newspaper or online.
Event date: Please enter the date of the first and last occurrence of your event. You can use the "More schedule information" area below to provide more specific information, such as "Friday through Saturdays only."
Event time: If your event occurs more than once, please enter the first time it occurs. You can use the "More schedule information" area below to provide more specific information, such as "5 p.m. and 7 p.m. every day except Sunday."
