Seattle woman builds a future for girls amid war in Afghanistan

These students are part of the first generation of girls to get an education at a school that opened in 2003 in a northern Afghanistan village. Students at Coe Elementary in Seattle raised nearly $4,000 to help build the school, and their fundraising efforts continue.
