Feds give sea otters habitat protection in Alaska
Homer, an 11-year-old female otter rescued in Alaska after the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The creatures are on the Endangered Species List, and the federal government Wednesday designated 5,800 square miles in Southeast Alaska as protected otter habitat.
