Assessing monorail damage

Seattle Center spokesman Perry Cooper inspects the damage to the side of the Monorail Red Train parked at the Seattle Center station. The exposed electrical component is called a "traction power resistor," which regulates the electricity for acceleration. Cooper said it's too early to tell if this component was damaged.
